We are a leading commercial landscape construction company based in the Northern Gold Coast region. With a commitment to delivering quality outdoor spaces, we specialise in commercial projects that redefine landscapes and enhance environments. In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of tenders and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate tender opportunities for suitability.
  • Manage tender lifecycle from assessment to supervisor handover.
  • Prepare accurate tenders for approval and submission.
  • Conduct take-offs and measure plans.
  • Liaise professionally with clients, consultants, and builders.
  • Develop site tracking and budget sheets from tendered information.
  • Procure key items.
  • Submit variations and monthly progress claims.
  • Actively expand the client, subcontractor, and supplier base.

Requirements:
