Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end contract and subcontract processes, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks
  • Oversee budgets, procurement, and cost reporting to support timely project delivery
  • Liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues, maintain relationships, and meet expectations
  • Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and adherence to quality standards
  • Mentor junior staff and support planning and progress tracking for on-time, on-budget delivery
Qualifications
  • 10+ years’ experience in construction contract administration
  • Proven success managing contracts on $100m+ projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, legislation, and standards
  • Skilled negotiator with excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to contract management
  • Proficient in contract software and MS Office
  • Tertiary qualifications in construction, QS, or related field preferred
