Job summary

UGL Pty Limited in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to drive the commercial and contractual delivery of major hyperscale data centre projects. You will administer head contracts and subcontracts, oversee variations, cost reporting and procurement activities within an integrated commercial team.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in data centres preferred.
• Ability to manage variations, progress claims and commercial reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Qualifications in Construction Management, QS, Engineering, Commerce or Law.

Responsibilities

• Administer head contracts and subcontract packages for major data centre projects.
• Support procurement, tender evaluations, negotiations and subcontract awards.
• Manage variations, payment claims, EOTs and contractual notices.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, compliance and commercial outcomes.
• Support forecasting, cost reporting, claims management and commercial controls.
• Collaborate with project, engineering and procurement teams to manage risk and drive project success.
