Job description

As a Senior Consultant, you will work closely with clients to deliver a wide range of mental health and wellbeing services. This includes scoping solutions and designing practical, evidence-based assessments and interventions such as psychological risk reviews, proactive wellbeing programs, and capability development initiatives to drive organisational change. Combining deep mental health expertise with analytical and commercial acumen, you will help achieve measurable improvements in performance and wellbeing outcomes across Australian workplaces.

  • Capability to support end-to-end psychosocial risk processes, including assessments, preparing reports, mapping out control measures, and supporting implementation strategies.
  • An unrelenting passion for creating better work environments and supporting people in their psychological wellbeing.
  • Confidence and credibility when presenting and communicating workplace strategies, solutions, and mental health topics to individuals, leaders, and teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex psychosocial risk data into practical, evidence-based recommendations.
