Job summary

Lemos Concrete Pumping in Sydney, NSW, is seeking an experienced Concrete Boom Pump Operator with 10+ years' hands-on expertise to join our professional team.

You will operate and set up concrete boom pumps across residential, commercial, civil and infrastructure projects, uphold WHS standards, and collaborate closely with site teams for on-time, safe placements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' extensive experience as a Concrete Boom Pump Operator.
• Extensive hands-on experience operating a range of concrete boom pumps.
• Extensive knowledge of concrete pumping operations, equipment and site procedures.
• Proven experience working across commercial, civil and major infrastructure projects.
• Ability to safely and confidently set up and operate boom pumps in varying and complex site conditions.
• Current relevant licences and tickets.
• Current White Card
• Strong understanding of WHS and site safety requirements.
• Reliable, punctual and professional.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Takes pride in the operation, care and maintenance of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate concrete boom pumps safely and efficiently across projects.
• Set up and operate pumps in varying site conditions.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure precise concrete placement.
• Maintain equipment and report any faults promptly.
