Marie Curie is recruiting a Senior Healthcare Assistant for South Liverpool PCN, working across GP practices and community locations. You will be managed by a Clinical Nurse Manager and operate with autonomy, prioritising workload and escalating concerns when needed.

The role emphasizes compassionate, person-centred care in a community setting, requiring Level 3 health-care qualifications and a valid driving licence. 37.5 hours per week, permanent contract, NHS Agenda for Change Band 3.

Qualifications

• Has knowledge and understanding of palliative and end-of-life care.
• Has experience providing care to people with palliative and/or end-of-life care needs, including dying.
• Comfortable having compassionate and sensitive conversations about serious illness and end-of-life wishes.
• Can build trusting relationships with patients, families and health and care professionals.
• Experience providing high-quality, person-centred care and support.
