Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Commissioning Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee commissioning for complex electrical systems across offsite and onsite environments in Sydney. The role requires coordinating factory and site activities with internal teams, subcontractors and customers to ensure safe, compliant handover.

Min. 7 years in electrical project delivery or commissioning coordination, with experience in MV/LV, UPS and protection/control systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating commissioning on complex multi-system projects.
• Strong understanding of MV/LV systems, UPS, switchgear and protection systems.
• Familiarity with FAT, SAT and IST processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee offsite and onsite commissioning activities for complex electrical systems.
• Develop commissioning strategies, plans and schedules across stakeholders.
• Ensure safe, efficient commissioning in line with project requirements and budgets.
