Job summary

Profusion is seeking a Senior Cloud Network Engineer to design, implement, support and optimise cloud networking across public cloud platforms for a major Australian bank.

You will contribute to cloud strategy, develop IaC solutions with Terraform, Python and Ansible, and troubleshoot complex network issues while partnering with stakeholders to deliver scalable connectivity. The role offers flexible hybrid work arrangements (2 days per week).

Qualifications

• Experience supporting cloud infrastructure environments across AWS, Azure.
• Understanding of cloud networking concepts (virtual networks, routing, IP addressing, load balancing and connectivity services).
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Python & Ansible.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale network infrastructure environments.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS, Azure, CCNA, CCNP or equivalent.
• Experience with AWS Direct Connect (DX).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to cloud strategy, network standards, automation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud networking and infrastructure issues.
• Partner with stakeholders to define and deliver scalable cloud connectivity solutions.
