Job summary

Department of Justice and Community Safety VIC – Malmsbury is seeking a Senior Clinician to lead a dynamic team delivering clinical services to justice-involved young people. You will guide evidence-informed interventions, foster strong relationships with families and communities, and participate in monthly training.

Qualifications

• Qualified practitioner with professional membership or general registration in occupational therapy.
• Experience managing teams in forensic assessment/intervention.
• Ability to work within a forensic framework with youth offenders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team providing therapeutic intervention to youth with complex needs.
• Manage a dedicated team to create positive change in partnership with families.
• Use evidence-informed practice to guide mindset and behaviour changes.
