Job summary

Cochlear in Sydney seeks an experienced Head of Clinical Operations to lead and oversee the delivery of sponsored clinical investigations across the APAC region. Job description

Reporting to the Director Global Clinical Operations, this Sydney-based leadership role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of sponsored clinical investigations across the APAC region, ensuring studies are executed on time, within budget and in compliance with regulatory requirements. The role leads a team of eight and collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Clinical and Medical Affairs, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, and regional partners. In addition to operational leadership, the successful candidate will drive process improvements, support regional strategy, and foster external partnerships to advance clinical research outcomes.
