Your Opportunity

As our Senior Clinical Lead – Seniors Communities, you will provide strategic clinical leadership across our retirement villages and home care services. You’ll design, implement, and continuously improve clinical care models, including dementia care, palliative care, and integrated care hubs. You’ll act as the escalation point for complex clinical matters, supporting and mentoring frontline teams to deliver safe, consistent, person-centred care.

With integrity and resilience, you will :

Lead the development and refinement of clinical care models, focusing on cognitive care, palliative care, and care hubs.

Collaborate with leaders to ensure clinical frameworks align with governance and aged care reforms.

Provide expert advice and decision-making support for complex clinical issues.

Coach and mentor RNs and Care Operations Managers, building clinical confidence and capability.

Deliver hands-on education and reflective practice across sites.

Support quality and governance integration, translating practice insights into continuous improvement.

Represent clinical priorities in governance forums and contribute to workforce capability planning.

What You’ll Bring

You are a strategic, collaborative leader who inspires excellence and drives change. You bring :

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Demonstrated experience leading clinical practice in aged care, home care, or community settings.
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary clinical teams.
  • Hands-on credibility and a commitment to person-centred care.
  • Strategic agility and operational insight, with the ability to influence outcomes across diverse teams.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in gerontology, palliative care, dementia care, clinical education, or healthcare leadership (strongly preferred).
  • Experience interpreting policy, regulation, and reform, and translating these into effective clinical practice.
