Job summary

ERM is seeking a motivated Principal Consultant to focus on climate change and emissions quantification services. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of relevant experience, deep knowledge of carbon inventory development, and strong project management skills.

You will lead multiple projects, engage with clients, and manage a small team while contributing to business development efforts. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's preferred, alongside demonstrated expertise in emissions accounting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in carbon accounting or related fields.
• Proven experience with scope 3 emissions accounting across various sectors.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing small teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage carbon inventories and datasets.
• Lead project lifecycle, including scoping, budget, and delivery.
• Engage in business development, preparing proposals and bids.
