Job summary

Findex in Adelaide is hiring for a Client Services Officer to join our growing financial planning team. This full-time, permanent role offers hybrid work with three days in the office, enabling hands-on learning and close collaboration with advisers and partners.

You will support client onboarding, process investment activities, and maintain accurate client records, while benefiting from structured training and a dedicated buddy to help you settle in and grow within the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in client services within financial planning.
• A genuine passion for delivering great client and stakeholder experiences.
• Confidence working with investment platforms and implementing client advice.
• A team player who's keen to keep learning and growing.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new client accounts, prepare and implement advice documents, and keep client information accurate and up to date.
• Manage the practical side of investments: transfers, buys/sells, withdrawals and contributions, liaising with financial institutions.
• Work closely with Advisers, Partners, and the wider Client Services and Corporate teams.
• Ensure all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Adelaide, with hybrid working (3 days in the office).

What you'll be doing

• Helping onboard new client accounts, preparing and implementing advice documents, and keeping client information accurate and up to date.
• Managing the practical side of investments - checking asset transfers, processing buys and sells, handling withdrawals and contributions, and liaising directly with financial institutions.
• Working closely with Advisers, Partners, and the wider Client Services and Corporate teams.
• Making sure everything you touch is completed on time and to the right standard.
