  • Provide technical leadership and project management to guide key projects and mentor other team members.
  • Design and prepare winning proposals, investigations and technical design projects.
  • Develop solutions and prepare technical reports, designs, specifications, client proposals and presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, including business development and engagement throughout project delivery.
  • Work closely with clients to develop innovative technical solutions in wastewater and water treatment.

  • Ability to lead and work effectively within a multi‑disciplinary team across the project lifecycle.
  • Strong client relationship skills, project management skills, and experience in preparing winning proposals.
  • Design or planning skills in water or wastewater networks or treatment, including producing technical reports, developing engineering drawings, specifications and tender documentation for water or wastewater treatment infrastructure.
  • Experience with civil or hydraulic design software is preferable.
  • Project management or design management experience, together with a willingness and ability to mentor and provide direction to junior staff.
