Job summary

Capstone Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Designer to join its Brisbane team. You will own design delivery across the full lifecycle, developing detailed designs and documentation in 12D and AutoCAD, and act as the key liaison with clients and stakeholders.

Applicants should have 7–10 years' industry experience, a relevant tertiary qualification, and strong report writing and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• 7 to 10 years' industry experience
• Proficiency in 12D and AutoCAD
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly report writing
• Demonstrated experience leading and delivering multiple projects concurrently
• Excellent knowledge of the Queensland market, Australian Standards and Council design standards
• Sound understanding of Service Authority design approval and construction standards

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of all design aspects of the project on time and to standard
• Develop detailed designs and documentation in 12D and AutoCAD
• Act as the key liaison with clients and stakeholders throughout
• Ensure safety in design practices and processes are applied throughout the project
