Job summary

Haskoning is seeking a Senior Civil/BIM Modeler to lead digital delivery for major Australian infrastructure projects. You will own civil modelling and documentation from concept through detailed design, collaborating with engineers, structural modellers, and project managers.

You will drive Civil 3D/AutoCAD work, coordinate interfaces, apply BIM execution plans in ACC Forma, and mentor junior modelers. Hybrid work and ongoing professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years civil modelling and drafting experience in a design consultancy.
• 5+ years local experience on Australian infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in Civil 3D and AutoCAD with ability to lead documentation from concept to detailed design.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows and ACC Forma (ACC).

Responsibilities

• Lead civil documentation delivery from concept to detailed design.
• Prepare detailed drawings and models in Civil 3D, including surface modelling and alignments.
• Coordinate civil and structural interfaces with multidisciplinary teams.
• Apply BIM execution plans and manage model sharing in ACC Forma.
• Plan drafting activities, estimate effort, monitor progress, and mentor junior modelers.
