CSR Limited is seeking an experienced Category Manager to lead the Cemintel Exteriors portfolio. You will own long-term product strategy, focus on growth, market share, profitability, and innovation across Australia’s building and construction market.

You will lead a small team of Product Managers, collaborating with Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Innovation, Technical, Digital and Sustainability teams to identify opportunities, launch new products, optimise ranges, and deliver commercial

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in Category Management, Product Management or related commercial role.
• Proven success developing and executing product strategies that drive growth and market share.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing significant product portfolios and budgets.
• Proven people leadership experience with coaching and developing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across diverse functions.
• Strong analytical, market research and strategic planning capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to navigate change and influence decisions across the organisation.
• Experience in building products, construction or related industries is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the Cemintel category strategy to drive growth and profitability.
• Lead, coach and mentor Product Managers to deliver high-performing outcomes.
• Manage product lifecycle including roadmaps, range reviews, SKU optimisation and new product development.
• Identify market trends and customer needs to uncover opportunities.
• Conduct market research and customer insights to support strategic decisions.
• Drive product innovation from concept to commercialisation.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure quality and supply continuity.
• Provide technical leadership and act as SME across the business.
• Oversee product information, digital assets and sales enablement materials.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align on execution.
