Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Senior Field Clinical Specialist to enable safe adoption of EVOQUE therapies by partnering with physicians and cath lab teams. The role combines procedural support, clinical education, therapy development, and customer engagement.

The position involves on-site training, real-time guidance during implants, and collaboration with product teams to improve device iterations and educate end-users. Strong imaging expertise and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g., echocardiography, nursing).
• 7 years of medical device/clinical experience; imaging/echocardiography with TEE or CT experience; structural heart devices preferred.
• Certification such as RDCS (or equivalent) in cardiovascular imaging or related clinical field.

Responsibilities

• Lead on therapy imaging, integration, and troubleshooting in Cath Lab environments.
• Educate and train physicians and hospital staff on investigational products and procedures.
• Provide on-site, real-time guidance during clinical implants and complex cases.
• Identify strategic action components and propose recommendations to sales/reps and managers.
• Document procedural observations and contribute to learning updates.
• Collaborate with product development to feedback on device iterations and new devices.
• Identify and train select hospital staff as designated EW product experts.
• Perform other incidental duties as required.
