Job summary

CT Group is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Sydney office, contributing to our Campaigns practice. You will independently manage defined campaigns workstreams, mentor junior staff, and develop client relationships while delivering compelling proposals and pitches.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and ability to synthesise research into actionable insights. You will work closely with project leads and maintain CT Way Methodology across tasks.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior staff.
• Experience in research, analysis and clear report writing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project leads across diverse projects.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to proposals and client pitches.
• Research, analyse information and identify actionable insights for clients.
• Draft reports and create presentations for internal and external clients.
• Develop proposals and expand scopes of work with cross-practice opportunities.
• Communicate risks and opportunities to project leads and manage client expectations.
