Job summary

integratedliving Australia seeks a Senior Business Analyst to lead the CMS replacement program, defining requirements, mapping future-state processes and guiding solution delivery from discovery through implementation.

Working with stakeholders, project teams and technology partners, you will ensure successful outcomes and support broader CMS-related initiatives across the organisation. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a 100% work-from-home arrangement.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering complex transformation projects in aged care/health transformation environments.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience facilitating workshops and managing cross‑functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis across the full project lifecycle from discovery to testing and implementation.
• Coordinate with external vendors and implementation partners on solution design and configuration.
• Engage senior stakeholders to drive decision-making and align priorities.
• Develop business requirements, process maps and artefacts; manage traceability and reporting.
• Support data profiling, mapping, cleansing, migration and validation for the CMS replacement.
