Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a major mining client in Perth to join a large-scale transformation programme. You will work onsite, lead requirements gathering, map current and future state processes, and translate business needs into practical solution options with strong stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate has extensive senior BA experience in enterprise environments, recent mining industry exposure, and a proven track record delivering complex transformations.

Qualifications

• Senior BA with enterprise-level experience in large environments
• Mining industry experience is mandatory
• Experience delivering large-scale transformation projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Relevant industry certifications or degree/education preferred

The client

A leading global mining client that was founded over a century ago.

The role

The Business Analyst will work onsite for leading mining client on a large scale transformation programme of work.

Responsibilities include:

• Requirements gathering and business analysis activities


• Analyse current and future state processes


• Translate business needs into solution options


• Workshops facilitation with stakeholders and business teams


• Supporting transformational change and solution adoption

Key experience:

• Strong, proven experience in a Senior Business Analyst role working in enterprise level environments


• Recent mining industry experience is absolutely mandatory


• Previous experience with large scale transformation AND/ OR similar projects would be favourable


• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills


• Relevant industry tertiary educations / certifications
