Job summary

Suncorp in Victoria is seeking a Business Analyst to work with T&T teams and stakeholders to capture, validate, and translate requirements for projects and tasks assigned by the Project or Iteration Manager.

The role sits within DET Corporate Functions and collaborates closely with PMs, development and testing teams, product owners and stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with Suncorp objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in a business/system analyst role is mandatory.
• Experience delivering finance projects and understanding functional aspects is required.
• Experience in data-related projects is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Understand current processes and define the To-Be state aligned to project objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and elicit requirements from stakeholders.
• Document business logic, maps, and governance criteria; assist in estimating delivery.
• Support testing and knowledge transfer during and after delivery.
