Endeavour Group is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Customer Data Foundations) to partner with our Data & AI teams in delivering the Customer Data Foundations within the new Enterprise Data Platform. You will own the squad backlog, refine priorities, and drive the adoption of hyper-personalised customer journeys across Customer, Digital and eCommerce teams.

Bring 5+ years in agile environments, strong SQL and BI skills, and a product-owner mindset.

Qualifications

• 5 years in agile environments delivering Digital/MarTech projects.
• Proficient in SQL, modern BI tools, and data analytics.
• Experience with cloud platforms and API integrations.
• Background delivering Customer Data Platform implementations or CRM rollouts.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Ownership mindset and accountability for squad deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Backlog ownership: prioritise, own, and refine the squad backlog.
• Sprint execution: lead refinement, set sprint goals, accept/reject work.
• User story creation: translate requirements into actionable stories and technical specs.
• Value solutioning: compare SaaS vs proprietary AI to minimise TCO.
• Domain expertise: act as SME across CDP, GCP, BigQuery, and MarTech.
• Release planning: align roadmaps into phased releases.
• Operational readiness: enable training and rapid capability adoption.
• Vendor leadership: support external tech partners and negotiate terms.
