A well-respected not-for-profit organization in New South Wales seeks a Senior Business Analyst to lead onboarding for the For Life program. You will gather requirements, map processes, and develop onboarding content. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments. As our Senior Business Analyst, you will lead the definition, documentation and coordination of onboarding for the For Life program. In this role you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and develop role‑specific onboarding and induction content and Standard Operating Procedures in partnership with instructional designers.
Reporting to the For Life Program Manager you’ll apply strong judgement, systems thinking and stakeholder management skills to navigate complexity, align priorities and deliver clear, practical outputs that support business readiness and change.
You are a senior, people‑centred Business Analyst who thrives in complex environments and brings clarity, structure and empathy to stakeholder engagement. You are confident navigating ambiguity and influencing outcomes without formal authority.
