One of our Federal government clients is seeking to engage Senior Business Analyst.

Role: Senior Business Analyst

Location of work: Canberra

Length of contract: 12 Months

Security Clearance: Australian Citizen with Baseline security clearance

Overview:

The client is seeking the services of a Business Analyst with a proven record of determining the requirements of business and formulating solutions in organisations similar to that of the Buyer. These services are technical in nature, PEMS is a SAP based solution, the specified personnel (successful Candidate) will require an understanding of SAP and other ERP technologies.

Key duties and responsibilities:

1. Creating, managing, maintaining and updating documents and artefacts relating to PEMS.
2. Operating under limited direction, contribute to project planning, scheduling and achievement of outcomes.
3. Demonstrate sound decision-making, initiative and judgement.
4. Be an effective communicator and be able to manage and maintain key internal and external relationships.
5. Gather and document business requirements.
6. Manage and facilitate workshops with both Business and technical staff.
7. Assist the Project Manager, Team Leader and other project staff to schedule work for each release.
8. Investigate and resolve business issues relating to PEMS.
9. Contribute to the planning and implementation of PEMS.
10. Help to manage and maintain key internal and external relationships.
