Corrective Services NSW is seeking a Senior Builder – Facilities Maintenance at Bathurst Correctional Centre. The role combines skilled trade work with leadership, mentoring inmates and staff to maintain the centre safely and efficiently.

You will oversee maintenance activities, coach trades Overseers, and drive a culture of operational excellence while supporting rehabilitation pathways for inmates. This demanding, impactful position ties trade expertise to meaningful community outcomes.

Competenze

• Certificate III in Correctional Practice (or ability to complete within CNSW timeframes)
• Current NSW Drivers Licence
• Must participate in an on call rotational roster
