Job summary

My Muscle Chef in Sydney is seeking a commercially driven Senior Brand Manager to lead product marketing across the MYMC portfolio, own the portfolio, drive launches, and shape go-to-market campaigns that deliver growth and measurable commercial impact.

You'll collaborate with Brand, Social, eCommerce, Finance, Innovation and R&D to move concepts to launch, balance creativity with commercial outcomes, and manage campaigns end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in brand, product or marketing.
• Strong campaign execution and GTM delivery.
• Experience managing product portfolios and launches.
• Highly organised with project management skills.
• Commercially minded with data interpretation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• FMCG, food, retail or DTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing workstreams for new product development and launches.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet launch timelines.
• Develop go-to-market plans with the Senior Marketing Manager.
• Ensure campaigns are well planned and effectively executed.
• Track performance and inform future decisions.
• Define product positioning for campaigns, eCommerce and retail.
• Collaborate with creative teams to bring campaigns to life.
