Qualifications

Job description

The Advantage Air group of companies is looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join our team as we have experienced significant growth in our businesses.

Advantage Air is an Australian company based in Perth, Western Australia, specialising in research, design, and manufacturing of air‑conditioning systems for Australian conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Daily processing of accounts payable invoices
  • Creditors payments including ad hoc payments
  • Match delivery dockets to invoices prior to input
  • Have an understanding of General Ledger Coding
  • Detailed Monthly Creditors Reconciliations
  • Accounts Receivable – including debt collection & processing credit applications
  • Multiple foreign currency invoices & payments
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Real time inventory management / Accountable Stock
  • Assist in the Month‑end process
Requirements
  • Experience in Triumph software and/or ERP an advantage
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage
  • 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • High attention to detail
  • Be organized, time efficient and be able to multi‑task
  • Full Time position working Monday to Friday – 38 hours per week
Qualifications
  • Minimum of Cert IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping
  • Immediate start for the right candidate
  • SOR location
