Job summary

Choice One is seeking qualified Boilermakers to join a premier workshop in Henderson, WA. You will perform heavy fabrication, welding and plate work within a professional team on high‑level projects.

The role requires a Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade and a valid Fire Sentry certification, with the ability to read complex drawings and work to tight timelines in a safety‑conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification required in fabrication engineering.
• Fire Sentry certification is essential for compliance.
• Proven background in high-spec heavy engineering workshops.
• Strong capability in structural steel fabrication and multi-process welding.
• Ability to handle high-pressure workflows and strict timelines.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Execute heavy fabrication, structural modification, and welding tasks to ISO quality standards.
• Work with carbon steels and exotic alloys, pipe spooling, and plate work layout.
• Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and fabrication blueprints.
• Maintain productive workflow to meet project timelines and milestones.
• Liaise with workshop supervisors and QA/QC teams on production targets.
• Adhere to workshop safety protocols and quality control procedures.
