Job summary

Orix Digi, Sydney-based, is seeking a Lead BI Engineer for Oceania to own end-to-end BI pipeline design and translate demand signals into measurable pipeline and revenue impact. This full-time hybrid role collaborates across Oceania teams from Sydney HQ.

You will drive KPI trees, run weekly optimization cycles, and maintain QA and stakeholder communications while guiding cross-functional squads across campaigns and delivery systems.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in business intelligence pipeline design.
• Hands-on capability with SQL, dashboard engineering, data modelling.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in cross-functional environments.
• Data-informed decision making with KPI and performance analysis.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to execute against deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for BI Engineer initiatives, from planning through execution and optimization.
• Translate business goals into KPI trees, sprint priorities, and measurable weekly actions.
• Run structured experiments and document performance learnings for scaling decisions.
• Collaborate with adjacent teams to align creative, technical, and operational dependencies.
• Maintain QA discipline, reporting clarity, and leadership-ready status updates.
