The Role

As Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll own the full B2B sales cycle, from first engagement at events and webinars to tailored implementation proposals and project close. You’ll turn qualified inbound opportunities into six‑figure transformation projects, helping business leaders see the real‑world impact of AI adoption.

This is a senior consultative sales role for a confident, articulate professional who can connect strategy with outcomes, lead with empathy, and close with precision.

What You Will Do
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, present, negotiate, and close B2B AI transformation projects.
  • Find new business opportunities, and convert warm inbound leads from events, webinars, and referrals into paid strategy and implementation engagements.
  • Lead discovery consultations, uncovering automation opportunities and building ROI-focused proposals.
  • Collaborate with delivery, strategy, and technical teams to scope and hand over projects seamlessly.
  • Represent BusinessAI at events, webinars, and activations to drive pipeline and brand authority.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, forecast with precision, and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide market and customer insights to refine offers, pricing, and go‑to‑market strategy.

  • Proven success managing six‑figure deal cycles with strong conversion rates.
