Qualifications

• Senior barber or skilled apprentice. Requires hands-on barbering expertise.
• Ability to coach junior staff and apprentices.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service in a walk-in shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and manage waitlists while delivering services.
• Provide haircuts, beard trims and shaves with attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, sanitised workstation and follow WHS guidelines.
• Process POS transactions and promote retail products.
• Support stock control, promotions, and store operations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to training.
• Maintain presentation standards in reception and waiting areas.
