Responsibilities

• Lead 24x7 backup and restore operations across platforms.
• Own backup policy, schedule, retention, and audits.
• Coordinate with Oracle/SQL/storage teams to ensure recoverability and SLAs.
• Drive automation for backup failure triage and reporting.
• Train colleagues on backup operations and runbooks.
• Prepare inputs for RFPs and transition plans.
