Job summary

Gateway Search is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to lead the delivery of mission-critical Azure solutions for enterprise customers. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and operating highly available cloud environments while driving SRE best practices.

You will act as a trusted technical advisor, collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure successful end-to-end delivery and continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with designing and delivering Azure IaaS solutions for enterprise customers.
• Proven expertise in building high-availability, scalable Azure architectures.
• Strong focus on reliability, performance, monitoring and health modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Azure mission-critical environments with high availability and resilience.
• Design, implement and operate Azure-based architectures focusing on reliability and scalability.
• Drive SRE practices including monitoring, incident management and post-incident improvements.
• Implement and optimize Azure Monitor, health models, and operational readiness frameworks.
• Apply Chaos Engineering principles to validate system resilience and recovery capabilities.
• Advise customers on architecture decisions and operational best practices.
