Job summary

BDO is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer in Brisbane to design and evolve our enterprise integration platform. You will lead Azure-native integrations, mentor engineers, and partner with data, cloud, BI, and governance teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

Join a Shared Services Technology team focused on API-first, event-driven approaches, observability, and enterprise standards across Workday, Dynamics 365, and SaaS ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain integrations using Azure Integration Services.
• Apply API-first and event-driven principles, including contract-first design and robust error handling.
• Develop integrations for SaaS and enterprise platforms such as Workday and Dynamics 365.
• Contribute to and evolve integration standards, patterns and reusable components.
• Implement logging, metrics, tracing and correlation to ensure strong observability and supportability.
• Collaborate with Data Platform, BI, Cloud Engineering, Cloud Operations and Governance teams.
• Provide technical mentoring, conduct design and code reviews, and act as an escalation point.
