Job summary

Cleared seeks an experienced Senior Azure Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement and automate secure Azure platforms for government and enterprise customers from Canberra or Melbourne. You will work in a Managed Services team delivering complex, compliant cloud solutions.

You will build IaC, pipelines and networking, maintain security controls, support DR and identity management in highly regulated environments. Australian citizenship and NV1 clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Active NV1 security clearance is required.
• ,
• Australian citizenship is required for this role.
• Azure infrastructure deployment and migration experience is essential.
• Experience delivering within government/defence/regulatory environments is preferred.
• Strong skills in IaC, cloud automation and Azure governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure Azure platforms for government and enterprise customers.
• Build and manage IaC using Ansible, Bicep and ARM templates.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Configure Azure networking (VNets, NSGs, Firewalls, ExpressRoute).
• Support disaster recovery planning and backups.
