Exclusive Talent is seeking a Control System Engineer/Technical Operations Engineer in South-West Sydney. The role combines electrical engineering, automation, project delivery and client engagement for a growing industrial business.

You will lead design, development, testing and handover, coordinating with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Applicants should have 5+ years in industrial automation, a relevant degree, and strong PLC/HMI/SCADA expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Electrical/Automation or related field.
• 5+ years in industrial automation or controls.
• Proven PLC/HMI/SCADA development experience.
• Strong understanding of instrumentation and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical, control, instrumentation and automation designs.
• Prepare scopes of work, control philosophies and specs.
• Develop PLC software and HMI/SCADA solutions.
• Lead project delivery from enquiry to commissioning.
• Provide technical direction to field teams.
