In the role of Senior Associate you will join the Transaction Banking team thats doubling down on customer obsession.

Responsibilities

• Proactively account manage and support of a portfolio of transactional banking customers in the relevant customer segments
• Proactively identify customer opportunities and provision of non-complex solutions in the portfolio (e.g. Add-ons)
• Support portfolio director in the proactive account management of a portfolio of transactional banking customers
• Deliver quality and timely outcomes for customers through :
• Timely review of existing products and services used by customers engagement with business partners and operations teams across the organisation in support of or on behalf of the customer
• Acting as escalation point for service-related matters including review and management of customers SLAs
• Provide training to customers in the usage of NAB e-channels and transactional products
• Build trusted customer relationships and promoting customer advocacy.

Qualifications

• An understanding of transactional banking products value proposition economics implementation and servicing to meet the needs of our clients.
• A demonstrated history of being able to define problems clearly and work with numerous stakeholders to solve them
• To multi-task and prioritise workload
• Strong stakeholder engagement with the ability to deal with ambiguity.
• A commitment to strong risk culture conduct and compliance risk.
• Strong communication problem solving and negotiation abilities.
• Relevant tertiary / professional qualification desired
