Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex sustainability reporting requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with proactive engagement of stakeholders.
• Experience in a professional services or advisory environment with client delivery exposure.
• Interest in sustainability reporting and its interaction with financial reporting and risk management.
• Ability to independently analyse regulatory and accounting guidance and present outputs for senior review.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end sustainability reporting advisory engagements with clients and internal teams.
• Manage defined workstreams including planning, prioritisation and coordination of inputs.
• Collaborate across service lines to integrate sustainability considerations into broader advisory work.
• Draft clear client deliverables, technical memoranda and publications.
• Conduct research on reporting standards and regulatory guidance and apply to client scenarios.
• Support readiness assessments and pre-issuance reviews of sustainability reports for quality and compliance.
• Assist in client/internal training and capability-building initiatives.
• Support business development activities and proposal development.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
