Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Australia's leading independent law firm, invites a Senior Associate to join our Melbourne private funds team, working on high-value fund formations and investments with fund managers, investors and other participants.

Reporting to partner Anton Bobenko, you'll gain exposure to market-leading transactions, build client relationships, and benefit from mentoring within a premier funds practice.

Competenze

• Approximately 4–7 years' post-qualification experience.
• Experience across private fund formation and investments and/or capital transactions.
• Experience managing aspects of complex transactions and working directly with clients.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with partner and broader team on private funds matters.
• Work on fund formations, investments and related transactions.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to high-value deals.
