Job summary

HarKaye Core Talent in Sydney seeks an ambitious litigation lawyer to join a growing boutique disputes practice. You will work closely with a senior lawyer on complex commercial disputes, including class actions and high-value cases, with genuine opportunities to influence case strategy and progress toward partnership.

We welcome experienced Associates and Senior Associates ready for more responsibility. The role offers autonomy, client exposure, and the chance to contribute to the firm's growth

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial litigation, ideally involving class actions or substantial multi-party disputes.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships and take ownership of work.
• Ambition, drive and genuine interest in progressing toward partnership.

Responsibilities

• Complex commercial litigation and high-value disputes.
• Class actions and large-scale multi-party proceedings.
• Insurance-related disputes and risk matters.
• Managing litigation strategy from initial instructions through to resolution.
• Preparing pleadings, evidence, applications and other key litigation documents.
• Working alongside counsel, experts and sophisticated commercial clients.
• Developing relationships and contributing to the ongoing growth of the practice.
