Senior Associate, Management Consulting

About this role

As a Senior Associate in our Management Consulting team, you will play a key role in supporting performance improvement initiatives for client organisations. You will work closely with project leads and client stakeholders to diagnose business challenges, contribute to solution development, and help deliver impactful outcomes aligned with strategic goals. This role is ideal for someone who is ready to deepen their consulting expertise and take ownership of workstreams within complex projects.

Key responsibilities

Analyse client financials, operations, systems, and organisational structures to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Support the development of strategic recommendations and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to build trust and ensure alignment throughout project delivery.
  • Manage workstreams within broader engagements, ensuring quality, timeliness, and impact.
  • Assist in implementing approved solutions and tracking performance outcomes.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, process improvement, and team development.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and consulting best practices.
Skills and experience

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a management consulting role, preferably within a professional services firm.

Exposure to the retail or FMCG sectors is highly regarded.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
  • Hands‑on experience in change management and organisational development, including stakeholder engagement and implementation support.
  • Familiarity with process mapping, operational improvement, and transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercial acumen and structured problem‑solving skills, with a passion for driving performance improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with a structured approach to complex business challenges.
  • Proven experience managing workstreams or projects, delivering high-quality outcomes under tight timelines.
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills.
