Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute transactions end to end including preparation of Pitches and Financial Models.
• Support and guide a team of analysts and associates.
• Conduct target and acquirer screening.
• Participate in management/buyer meetings, handle Q&As and negotiate offers.
• Assist in drafting and evaluating various legal documents.
• Facilitate buyer and seller interactions.
• Manage the due diligence and transaction documentation process.
• Participate in business development efforts and client pitches.
• Carry out extensive industry/company research.
