Job summary

McCullough Robertson Lawyers in Brisbane seeks a capable lawyer with specialist Financial Services Regulatory experience to join our Corporate Advisory team. You will work across high-quality matters, delivering practical advice tailored to commercial objectives.

You will advise on fund constitutions, trust deeds, compliance programs, and AML/CTF issues for fund managers and financial service providers, in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• At least four years’ post-admission experience in financial services law.
• Specialist financial services regulatory experience with AML/CTF exposure.
• Strong client-focused approach and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review fund constitutions and trust deeds, disclosure documents, and related agreements.
• Advise on financial services regulation matters including funds, payment providers, and service providers.
• Support AML/CTF compliance programs and broader corporate advisory work.
