Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years PQE within a reputable Environment & Planning practice.
• Experience in proceedings relating to planning matters, including the Planning and Environment Court.
• Strong time management & organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong drafting skills.
• An interest in mentoring Associates, Lawyers and Graduates.
• Strong academic achievements.

Responsibilities

• Engaged in a mix of litigation, advice and transaction work focused on planning law issues.
• Involve planning approvals and appeals, major project approvals, planning agreements, land acquisition, advice and due diligence.

To be considered for this role you will ideally have;
