• Strong experience managing litigated claims and developing defence strategies.

• Handle a broad range of complex defendant dust disease litigation, including asbestos, mesothelioma, silicosis and occupational disease claims.
• Develop and implement defence strategies, provide strategic advice and manage client relationships.
• Lead mediations and settlements, coordinate with medical experts and clients.
