• Senior Associate with dispute resolution experience, preferably in property disputes.

Acting for developers, corporate entities and high net worth individuals, you will manage a broad range of disputes relating to:

• residential and commercial building projects
• adverse possession
• water flow, easements and covenants
• owners corporation
• general commercial agreements and contracts
• sale and purchase of land
• retail and commercial leasing
• joint venture projects
