This is an ideal role for a lawyer with 4+ PQE experience in a leading corporate practice with a national or international firm who is looking to act for top tier corporate and financial sponsor clients in a collaborative and diverse team. The role represents a unique opportunity to work on substantial, complex, and interesting transactions in the Australian market.You would work with this team across a broad range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate advisory.You would also help advise clients and boards on governance and securities laws and regulatory matters involving FIRB, ASX and ASIC.
This exciting and dynamic team environment requires you to be commercially minded, have the potential/capability to lead a deal, with a high attention to detail, strong drafting and negotiating skills and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a high performing environment.
