Job summary

DLA Piper's Melbourne office is seeking a Senior Associate to join our growing Litigation and Regulatory team. You will work on complex insurance litigation, regulatory investigations, and high-profile class actions for major clients, with access to international resources and development programs.

You will need 5+ years' PQE, strong drafting and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to mentor junior lawyers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' PQE gained in private practice.
• Strong experience in litigation, regulatory matters, class actions and/or complex disputes.
• Ability to mentor and supervise junior lawyers.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management capability.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex insurance litigation and regulatory matters across jurisdictions.
