The boutique Melbourne firm is seeking a commercially minded Senior Associate to lead complex Commercial Litigation matters and maintain direct client relationships. This role is designed to relieve the Managing Partner of part of his file load and to mentor one of the Associates in the team.

The team handles disputes in Federal, Supreme and County Courts, with matters valued in the tens of millions, and occasionally up to $100m. This is a high-performing environment focused on growth.

Qualificações

• Senior Associate with strong Commercial Litigation experience.
• Experience handling complex disputes and advising on strategy.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead matters.

Responsabilidades

• Run complex commercial litigation matters from start to finish.
• Maintain direct client relationships and contribute to firm growth.
• Mentor an Associate and collaborate with the Managing Partner to plan strategy.
